Error SSH Shell session NullReferenceException after update

Hello,

I need your help, as I have already done everything I can to solve my problem.

Everything worked fine until I updated the RDM to version 2023.2.17.0. After the upgrade SSH Shell sessions started giving the error below.

The next day the 2013.2.18.0 update came out, where I thought it would solve my problem because it was a bug. But the error persisted.

The error only occurs with SSH Shell sessions, other types like RDP or Winscp open normally.
Also, other apps like putty, Windows 11 ssh, other session management software open normally.

What I've already tried to do:

  • Full uninstall
  • Delete directories from AppData
  • Delete windows register
  • Install previous versions
  • Reinstall .NET Framework
  • I stopped anti virus
  • Recreate the profile
  • Reset layout

But nothing resolved.

I thought it was a version bug, but I updated it on another computer and didn't have the same problem.
Still, I want it back up and running on this main computer as that's where I do most of my work.
I know it's something missing on this computer and not a general RDM error, so I'm asking for help with who could help me with the solution.

I thank you all.

Hello,

This should be fixed starting with our next minor update of RDM. We are hoping to release it early this week.
