Company default Entries: Enhance SystemVault or enhance BrowserPlugin for multiple Vaults

We want to provide company default entries which can be used by the
employees with browser plugin.

But every department has its own vault for security, performance and clarity purpose.

Due to the fact that the browser plugin only searches in the current selected VAULT
in RDM, we cannot provide these entries in a company wide DEFAULT vault, as the
entries would not be found by the plugin…

Idea was to publish such entries in the (new) system vault. But this vault has limited
entry types. So e.g. no website entry is possible...

Another solution could be, that the plugin searches in all VAULTs where the user
has permissions.
