Constant update loop

Hello. I am currently experiencing a constant update loop within RDM. Every time I launch the application it states my administrator has required me to update to the latest version. Problem is I have already updated the application as requested.

When I hit "Update" it "updates" my application then the process repeats.
When i hit "exit" it closes the prompt, and I am unable to use RDM. the data source

Troubleshooting notes:

  • Rebooted computer multiple times
  • Uninstalled/Reinstalled RDM
  • Removed and readded data source
  • All OS updates are installed (Windows 10)
  • Cleared out app data local RDM and RDMUpdate folders and deleted all cache within devolutions settings menu.
  • Other technicians updated successfully with no issues.

Hello,
I suspect that your administrator could have configured a minimal version higher than what we have release. Could you verify the System Settings with him?

Thank you. The maximal version on the server was set to an older version than what I had. Everything is now resolved. Thanks for your support.
