Empty Entry Image Management after update to 2023.2.18

Hi,

After version update to the latest version 2023.2.18, the previously saved icons are no longer present in Entry Image management ?

Issue can be withdrawn.
After starting up today (strange, previously had several reboots) the image entries are present again...
