Linking RDM and Jira servicedesk

We recently started using Jira service desk and we have also put the data from our customers' servers in it.
Is it possible that if we select a server from Jira service desk, it will be opened in RDM

It is possible to link RDM and Jira, but it is only for tickets in Jira - https://docs.devolutions.net/kb/remote-desktop-manager/knowledge-base/ticketing-service/
If you wish to open RDM sessions from Jira directly, you can include a link to the session to open it directly. Under the properties of the entry, go to "Entry Information" and then click on "Create Web URL", it will put the URL in your clipboard, you can then paste it in Jira.
