Hello,
Just wondering if it would be possible to implement other duration choices for MFA when authenticating to Keeper Security vault from RDM? For example, maybe 8 hours, 12 hours and 24 hours would be good choices (or something along those lines).
Currently its just every time, 30 days or never - I know those are standard, but I imagine a common use case of Keeper integration would be for people to use one vault entry for many sessions, so I think it is conceivable that they may not want to enter their MFA every single time they connect but still want to enter it e.g. at least once a day for security purposes (rather than not having to enter it for 30 days). That is the situation I am in myself.
Best regards!

Hello,
It looks like this isn't currently possible with the Keeper .Net SDK. Those are the only options available to us.
For reference, here's the documentation that relates to our integration : https://keeper-security.github.io/gitbook-keeper-sdk/CSharp/html/T_KeeperSecurity_Authentication_TwoFactorDuration.htm
You would need to make a request on their side to see if it's possible for them to add new options. After that, as long as it's available on their end, we'll be able to support it in RDM too.

Hello,
Ah I see, ok, so the limitation is on their side. That's interesting, because their desktop app has this feature (that's what actually gave me the idea to request it for RDM) - I guess it's just something they use internally though and haven't exposed through their API yet. I can request the feature with them, and if they do ever actually implement it then I will follow up here.
Thanks for the quick response and explanation!
Best regards.
