OTP inheritance issue
We have an issue using the OTP Inheritance options.
Here is what the inheritance parent looks like:

But this does does work:
The credential type seems irrelevant, we use a vault source but I tested with a RDM username / password entry and it has the same issue.

I forgot to add: I confirmed this is affecting 2023.1.27.0 & 2023.1.29.0

Thank you for contacting us on that matter.
Could you tell me if your folder SaaS is configured as inherited as well?
To have an entry set as inherited, all your sub-folder should be set as inherited as well.

It's Inheritance on every folder all the way to root is "Inherited" / "inherited".
