Hi Devolutions
Our setup allows us to jump to different customers through one devolutions gateway.
Therefore the devolutions gateway is not joined to any customer active directory domain.
How can we connect to a Remote Server where the connection user is in the Protected Users group in active directory?
We are using FQDN's for the connection as stated in this forum post:
RDM can't connect to Windows Server 2022 with user in "protected users" group, error 0XC000006E ("user account restriction has prevented successful authentication") (devolutions.net)
I accidently posted in the MacOS Forum but FreeRDP can't connect to RDM Gateway if I just change the RDP Client type.
Protected Users Security Group (AD) (devolutions.net)
Kind regards,
Hello Jannis,
Could you provide us with the error you are receiving? Could you also send us the logs to service@devolutions.net , found under Administration > Devolutions Gateway > ... > Logs > Download:
Best regards,
Richard Boisvert
