computer background turns black ,

Would it be possible for you to provide us with your version of RDM and the type of data source that you are currently using?

As for the issue that you are facing, I assume that you are using an RDP entry to establish this connection. Are you by any chance experiencing the same issue if the same connection is launched outside of RDM?
