can't upload to MoveIT via SFTP
Using version 2023.2.5.1 on MacOS 13. I'm unable to upload files > 1MB to a MoveIt server. Transfer hangs after the first 850KB is uploaded, or there abouts. Downloads from the same work no issue.
Using the builtin SFTP utility in the MacOS shell, I'm able to upload files to the same destination no issue. My coworkers using Windows version of RDM are able to upload without issue to the same MoveIt destination.
Any other SFTP destinations, specifically Linux servers, I'm able to upload files just fine.
I suspect this is a buffering issue as with log verbosity set to level 4, the transfer hangs immediately after the log line shows "Status: Received window adjust: 1/0 1048891"

update to this issue, another one of my coworkers using the Windows version is unable to upload to MoveIt SFTP servers as well. The coworkers of mine that are able to upload to MoveIt are using a 2022 version of RDM. Seems something in the most recent versions of RDM is the culprit.
