I apologize for the inconvenience you're facing with Duo. Thank you for mentioning that you've consulted our desktop version documentation. Have you been able to successfully follow the steps provided in the desktop version?
Please note that the desktop version includes additional checks to ensure compliance of the Duo account, particularly if there are any missing configurations on the Duo server. While we continue to conduct further tests with our iOS application, I suggest you try configuring Duo on one of our desktop versions (Windows or Mac).

Ok so i think i’m missing something.
I had added the application on the portal end copy pasted the secret and other information..
Is there something else to do?

So, now it accept duo connection on the “check” click but after that i have this error:
Any suggestion?

So, i had to enroll the news users changing my policy tarth deny unenrolled user.
After enroll the new user i had to switch back to my restrictive policy and now works great.
