## RDM - CyberArk PSM support .

Hello,

I'm afraid this issue does not have much to do with RDM, can you try to launch a RDP from Microsoft RDP with the same alternate shell and see if you have the same behavior?
If so, I think your answers will be coming from your CyberArk Support.

If it does work, try importing the RDP file directly in RDM, test again and if this now works, we'd need to compare RDP option of both entries.

Well in my config I am connecting to an RDP server with my creds , but as you see my password doesn't pass over. I have to type it there after it launchs without issues and I connect to target system.
I will try this method and revert back , thanks again

It might also be related to the NLA, I suggest you try disabling it on RDP connection property > General Section, Authentication Tab > Enabled Network Level Authentication.

Thanks for the support, seems that did not work, I will raise it to CyberArk to investigate this, could be a small change from their end. on the PSM server.

seems like the security team updated their PSM server and allowed an option in RDP to allow cerds / passing and it worked.

nothing needed to be done from RDM side :)
