Unable to create backup

This is a known issue and should be fixed on the new version of RDM 2023.2.7.0.

Could you download the beta version and see if this issue still occurs?

The Beta version did not fix the issue however Uninstalled RDM and fresh install resolved the problem.

Uninstalling and reinstalling with 2023.1.29.0 64-Bit did not resolve mine.

Version 2023.2. will be released tomorrow, may I suggest you install this new version and see if this issue still occurs?
