MacOS Version :13.2.1
Client Version: 2023.1.12.0
Issue:
When using RDP to connect to a Windows server on a Mac, copying files and pasting them into Windows doesn't work properly. The files either don't transfer at all, or only one file is transferred when copying multiple files. The clipboard option is enabled in the connection settings. The same issue occurs when copying files from Windows to Mac. If the Microsoft Remote Desktop client is used, there is no such problem.

Hello

I'm sorry to hear that this isn't working quite right for you.

In terms of copying multiple files at once, the simple answer is that it isn't implemented yet. When I originally added the feature, I wasn't sure how macOS handles file lists on the clipboard and there is a ticket open already to address that. I'll see if I can boost the priority of this and implement that. I'll post back on this thread once I have an update.

If you have a case where single files aren't transferring, we need to investigate why. Can you enable session logging as described in this KB article. Once you reproduce the issue, get the log file and either send it to me directly by PM or to support@devolutions.net (mentioning this forum thread). Then you can disable session logging again.

Please don't hesitate to post back if something isn't clear or you have further questions.

Thanks and kind regards,

Richard Markievicz
