Web browser issue

latest version of Web Login. The update process will not affect or cause any
loss of your login credentials.

Thanks for you reply. The problem isn't that I'm afraid to lose the credential but is that when I upgrade RDM the browser extension isn't update but if I check into the browser are update...

so in my opinion the version installed is the latest one by the RDM see an oldest one.. :-(
I try to reinstall RDM and the extension but nothing change.

I suspect that you have more than one browser extension installed. RDM verify first in this folder:

%AppData%\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Extensions
%LocalAppData%\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Extensions

And after that in all the different profiles:

%LocalAppData%\Google\Chrome\User Data\Profiles

The extension ID: neimonjjffhehnojilepgfejkneaidmo
