Hello,
we need to renew our license and we noticed, that we have some Users, the dont exists in the AD anymore. Is there a possibility to delete all incative/deleted Users in the RDM Database? Maybe with Powershell?
Is there Auditing Tool / Report Tool to check, how many Users used the RDM in the last Month or Year?

Hello,

With PowerShell, it is possible to delete accounts that no longer exist in AD or that are disabled in AD. Once you'll get the user information from your AD in PowerShell, then the RemoveRDMUser cmdlet can be used to delete the account i the RDM database.

With a DVLS data source, the Last Login and the Login History report are available in the Reports section of the DVLS web UI.

Let us know if you have further questions about this.
