Hello there,
Long time first time....is there any plans of adding a Cato Networks VPN Client add-on to RDM, and if not, can there be? :)

Hello,
Thank you for your request.
Do you know if the offer an API or a command line interface to interact with their VPN?
If so, could you please kindly share a link to their online documentation?
Best regards,
Érica Poirier

I'm not saying they don't but I could not find anything personally. There is a winvpnclient.cli.exe in the installation folder but not sure what it does and could not find any related documentation.
Hello,
Thank you for your feedback.
Once you will find information if we can send parameters to this executable, please let us know and we will verify if we can do something about it.

Please consider adding support, the more VPN RDM support, the more I can justify the price tag to my boss.

Hello Jonathan,
Thank you for the information, this is extremely helpful. I have opened a ticket and we will see about adding Cato Client as a new add-on.

Thanks, Hubert, I appreciate it.
I did some tests yesterday and I was able to automate it with a command line connection.
Here are the arguments I use.\CatoClient.exe connect /acc ACCOUNT_NAME /user USERNAME /pw YOURPASSWORD /st on /sm on /ls on /up D:\Downloads\split_tunnel.txt /console
You can use /console to test in cmd or PowerShell first.
I hope this helps.

Thanks again Jonathan, I've added this information in our ticket. We will post back in this thread once we have an update or if we have any question for you.

Hi,
I'm a new user of RDM (thank you for this awesome tool) also in need of Cato VPN integration.
I'm actually using @JonathanPitre method that works great.
Thank you
Thank you for the additional confirmation, glad to hear the proposed workaround is functional, as it will be what we will be basing our add-on on.
At the moment I can't give you an estimate on when we will be able to work on this, but it is assigned to a dev.

Hubert Mireault
