Undock documentation - New documentation type entry

Hello,
I have created a ticket to allow the documentation to be opened in a separate tab. You will be able to undock it if you want to move it to another tab.

What do you think about create a new entry type, group Document, called "Documentation Devolution" or whatever you want?

Without the left bar (action and edit), without overview and without asset.


with the possibility to be opened in a separated tab and, when is opened in a separated tab, is still possible work with other entries

I could create an entry but that would mean for you to also configure a sub entry for each of your entry. What I had in mean instead was to let you open the documentation independently of the dashboard. I've found out while answering you that this is already available:



This will open another tab page next to the connection tab and you will be able to move it to another monitor. Could you give it a try?

Just one question: is it possible to insert a button, into the documentation tab, that permit to undock the documentation?
It is much faster then you have suggested.

I'm glad it works. It's funny because I thought exactly the same thing: add a way to quickly undock it but I was not sure how to do it. I was thinking of a menu but it's much easier to do with you suggestion. I will update the ticket for that.

PS: anyway try to think about my idea to create a dedicated type entry.
At the moment we use a generic Information / Other entry type.
In our opinion is more useful add an entry for the documentation respect use the documentation tab of many entries (is more easy to show than explain).
The generic Information / Other entry type has some functionalities (e.g View Entry) that create only mess.
