I've been using the free version for quite some time. Yesterday I set a password for te local data source I am using. Afterwards RDM is asking me for a passphrase to connect to the data source, but I haven't set one, so I'm locked out. Since I'm managing a small environment, I (somewhat naively) reinstalled, to no avail. I set up a new data source, but it's still asking for the phrase. What can I do? I don't need to recover my old data source, I'd simply like to start over.
Thanks in advance for any and all help!
Hello,
Could you send a screenshot of the prompt that you receive?
If you are using a Local Data Source (SQLite), you can head over to File - Data Sources and edit your SQLite Data Source, from there you could change the Connections.db file name in the database field, this will create a new SQLite.
