Add Hashicorp Vault Secret Mode as Private Key

Requesting the addition of a Secret Mode selection the same as your Secret Server implementation so that we can store Private Keys in Vault.



Note: Normally when using Vault to manage SSH credentials it is better to use the SSH Engine and One-Time Passwords. However this would be useful for Break-Glass scenarios to use an emergency account or appliances where the Vault Agent can't be used, etc.
