Reproducible error with "Manage SQLite File

Hello, I'm getting SQLite error on clean RDM installation on Analyzing SQLite via RDM

Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1, position 1.

It can be reproduced by following steps:

1. Install RDM 2023.1.26.0 on Windows 10
2. Create local sqlite data source with password
3. add any Session
4. Open File / Data Sources / sqlite data source
5. click on Advanced tab and "Manage File"
6. click on Analyze and observer error message
