Devolutions account authentication error behind vpn

Hi,

I've been using surfshark vpn for a while now, but only recently installed it on my laptop.
I've added remote desktop manager to the bypass list, as well as devolutions.com, devolutions.net, and Microsoft's remote desktop connection.
It seemed to be ok to start with, but I've recently been having issues with connecting to my data sources (personal hub, and/or the old devolutions cloud). It basically says it can't authenticate my account.
If I switch off the vpn connection it authenticates fine.

Is there anything else I need to add to the bypass list to get this working, without turning off the whole vpn, or maybe another setting I need to change?
