24 inch blurry display

24 inch blurry display

Hello,

I have been using Remote Desktop Manager for a short time.
I use 2 screens: a laptop screen (15 inches) and an external screen (24 inches).
On my laptop screen, the display is perfect but as soon as I switch the app to my external screen, the display is trouble/blurred.

I think it's because of the scaling (150% on the 15 inch screen vs 100% on the 24 inch screen).

Is there a specific configuration to avoid this?

hello,
It appears that your second screen is likely a 4K monitor, and you may be experiencing HDPI scaling issues. To address this, please navigate to Files > Options and select "Remote Manager" from the Type dropdown. Next, go to the "Advanced" menu and check the "Disable RDP scale factor (HDPI)" option. Once you've made this change, be sure to restart the application.

no, my 24 inch screen is not 4K.
I have already tried the detailed manipulation ("Disable RDP scale factor (HDPI)") but it didn't change anything...

Hello,
Unfortunately RDM does not support per monitor DPI. Which means that the application has some issue toggling from one DPI to another. Do you know if it's possible to have exactly the same scale factor on both monitor?
