Looking for older android version (2022.02.10)
I am running into an issue with both currently available apps, 4.4 & 4.0, that did not exist in a version that was installed sometime around May of 2022. The working app reports it to be version 2022.02.10.
I see that there are multiple previous versions available for Windows, but I am not finding any for android.
Would any of you kind people be able to point me in the right direction?

We are a bit confused regarding your message as you have mentioned app versions 4.0 and 4.4 which were released in March and August 2018 respectively. However, there is no record of a version 2022.02.10. Could you be referring to version 2022.2.0.10, which was released in June 2022?

Yes, you are correct. Sorry I was being told the version number over the phone.
I am connecting some legacy devices to my terminal server and have been forced to reduce the security to allow them to connect while they are being phased out.
I believe it is the security improvements in the newer version that are causing the issue that we are currently facing. The screenshot above was from a know working device in my current environment, and I do realize that it is an insecure version.
