Caught in a loop upgrading to Hub Personal

Browser: Edge
RDM: 2023.1.9
Passwordless login with Yubikeys enabled

Issue:
When opening RDM, it pops over to Edge for authn. RDM successfully authenticates. It then opens prompt to migrate from Dev Drive to Hub Personal. Click yes and it pops back over to Edge again for authn for some reason. In the meantime, RDM will fail while Edge is authenticating (for the second time) giving a macos error about invalid username though it has already authenticated. Not clear how to properly migrate. After many attempts, I manually made the Hub Personal account, hoping that would fix it but it still doesn't work.

Just to validate, if you just not do the migration, the data source open properly?

Hello Rob,

Thank you for contacting us on that matter.

Since you have already created your Devolutions HUB personal account.
Could you try to export your data from Devolution Online Drive and import it into your HUB Personal?

I will work on manually migrating. But just FYI, I tried many many times before manually creating the Hub. It acts the same whether the Hub is made in advance or not.

Yes. It works fine. It just errors when attempting to migrate Hub.

I wanted to update you on the latest news from the engineering department.

Good news - they have identified the issue we were experiencing and have a fix in the works! The fix will be included in the upcoming version 2023.2 of Remote Desktop Manager. I'm told this version will be available in just a few short weeks.
