Hello,
we bought new licenses for our Devolutions Password Server and for the Remote Desktop Manager Clients becuase our current licenses expire tomorrow evening.
I exchanged the licenses on the Password Server and added the Remote Desktop Manager licenses to our DVLS datasource.
There the licenses is listed correctly with an experation an 1.5.2024.
to test the licenes I added the new license to my user and I get the following error message, when I start the RDM Client:
We are using RDM 2022.2.21.0 and DVLS 2022.2.9.0.
Does this issue resolve itself an Monday, when the old license is expired?

Hello Stephan,
to test the licenes I added the new license to my user and I get the following error message, when I start the RDM Client:
Is it maybe possible that you've assigned a different license as the new imported to your user? Because the expiration date in the message is 01.05.2020
Regards,
Min
Hello,
no I don't think so.
Here are the screenshots from the licenses in use:
And this is the configuration in the RDM client and the old license
And when I try to configure the registration via the data source with the new license I get the following message.
The only thing that I find funny that the RDM client always wants ein Enterprise License and we are using Platinum Edition since last year because we have about 170 users.
We can make a remote session anytime if you want to look at something.

Hello Stephan,
I have removed the screenshot of your licenses, and we will need to blacklist the new one you received.
The issue is that your version of RDM is too old to work with the new licensing model that was released late last year. I will send an email to the associated email of the account that made the purchase with a key that will work in your environment.
Best regards,
Richard Boisvert
Hi,
Thank you.
Can you send me the key in copy because Monday is a national holiday in Austria and I need a working license at latest by Monday.
Will this new key work when we update to the new versions which is planned somewhere in May or June? Or do we need new keys again?
Thank you,
Stephan Rauscher
Hello Stephan,
Since you will be upgrading by June, I have sent you a trial key, by email, that will work with your current version.
Our sales team will generate you a new key by early next week and sent it to your organization.
Best regards,
Richard Boisvert
Thank you very much.
It is working now with the Trial key. I still get the error message what the warranty is expired in 2020 but I can live with that for now.
Best Regards,
