My vault is empty

Hello, in the Windows application, my Vault is empty, and I can't import my RDM or JSON files.
I need a solution now.

Hello,

Workspace cannot be used to import entries. Could you please let us know what type of data source you are using? If you use RDM, is the vault also empty?

No data source, it's just empty, in RDM I have all the data and it's complete.

I don't know what you're talking about, data source, none, I open the Workspace program and this appears.

I apologize for any inconvenience caused. It appears that the issue you are facing is related to the connection to your Hub Personal Space. In order to resolve this matter, please follow the steps provided below:

  1. Log out of your personal space (as depicted in the image below).
  2. Re-add your personal space.
