Hello, we maintain Entry Templates for our Support Team so a new colleague does not have to add everything needed by hand (Add, Add from Template, etc.).
As we have now the possibility to add new entries to such a group - how can this be easily deployed to our users?
I think it would be great if you could add the possibility to select single items from such a template group. At the moment they need to import the whole template to a temporary folder, move the needed entry to their existing structure and then remove the temporary folder. Not very user friendly...
Thanks a lot for your help!

Just so I understand the request. You've created entries using a template group (TG), you since modified the template group and now you need a way to apply the changes to the already created entries so that they match the current state of the TG.

The idea is very interesting. When we create entries using TG (or templates) we keep the ID of the template. With this in mind we might actually be able to "re-apply" the template "automagically" for you, maybe even prompting you with the proposed changes prior to applying them so that you can select/deselect changes. Brainstorming here, maybe even be able to apply this across all entries.
I will add this to our task list so we can get this request analyzed, prioritized then developed.

Yes, I created entries using a template group and I then modified the TG and want a way to get the changes to the users that applied this TG.
I am not sure if automatically would be good as our users need to modify those entries (add the user from Secret Server to credentials). Some kind of prompting and "Add New Entries" would be OK. But I am also fine with a "tree" view with the content of the TG where I could check the ones that I want to add.
