Keeper MFA Login not possible

To be sure I understand correctly, do you want to login to a session in RDM using a credential from Keeper which contains a 2fa? If so, what type of session are you using?

One time passwords aren't used the same way for all of our sessions, so this would help us pinpoint your issue.

We have this problem, for example, when we want to log into ms365 or azure via browser integration.

Hi Fabio,

To have the OTP autofill in web browser entries, you need to configure it to "Current session's credentials" in the One Time Password section.

After that, you need to set the HTML control ID corresponding to the OTP input field of the page you're opening. The "Discover" button may help if you're unsure where to find it.
