Version 2023.1.7.1
Since upgrading to this version today I have noticed the app crashing and shutting down quite frequently.
Are there any logs I can provide to assist with looking into this issue?

What version of RDM Mac were you using before updating to 2023.1.7.1?
Just to confirm, are you talking about a crash (the application shut down unexpectedly) or a hang (the application froze indefinitely)?
In either case, didn't you get an error report window when relaunching RDM? The window would look like this:

the app crashes and I get the error report prompt when I start back up.
I just sent a report in.
I had a couple sessions open RDP/SSH and was exiting an ssh session when it crashed this time.
From your report, I can see that you are using the RDP Legacy engine. This is the reason why you are getting such issues. We are not been updating this engine for a very long while (years) and it is plagued by those kind of issues. You should avoid using the Legacy engine altogether. I'd recommend switching back to the non-Legacy engine:
