User Vault missing after migration

Hi,

i migrated the RDM db from one SQL to another and also changed the domain via script (OLDDOMAIN\user to NEWDOMAIN\User) - everything worked fine.

At first start, i also saw "my private vault" which it was namend in the ealier RDM version which is now the "user vault". But after a relog, the user vault is empty.

(Came from 2020.2.20.0 to 2022.3.35.0)

By the way, in the users overview i see my user has a "user vault" - but as mentioned, its empty.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Hello,

Have you use a script sent by a support agent to migrate the domain of the user account?

Is it the only user having this issue?

If so, I think it would be easier to troubleshoot this problem in a remote session. I saw you have also opened a ticket on our ticketing system. I will send you a link to book a support session.

Hello,

Following a support session, the solution we decided to implement is to delete the existing records in the SQL database directly of the user vault entries that are not showing up in RDM.

As the entries can be retrieved from the old database, let us know if you have any issue with this operation or if you successfully restore your user vault entries.
