Hi,
after update on 2023.1.15.0 I cannot edited Documentation. RDM is connected to MS SQL 2022 Express.

Of course, I am all rights. When downgrade to previous version, works fine.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

A fix for this has been implemented internally and will be included in version 2023.1.16.0.

...and it's also not possible to work with Attachements in 1.15, 1.14 works fine.

Indeed, the same fix was applied to attachments. So it should also be fine in version 2023.1.16.0.
