Hi.
Can anyone tell me what his the purpose of this option in the "System settings/Version Management" menu?
-> Include admins as message recipients

Hello,

Thank you for contacting the Devolutions Service Desk !

The option you're pointing to will make it so that even admins within the data source will receive the custom Version Management prompt and not just your users.
