RDM Website Session

Hi,

we are running RDM with Password Hub datasource.

When opening website entries from RDM in external browser, these are markes as running sessions, independent on how long I stay on the opened website.
With the time goes by, the most entries are marked as running sessions.

Is there any possibilty to stop starting running sessions of website entries that are opened in the standard browser?

Which version of RDM are you using?

That being said, from my understanding It is not possible to change the Check Out mode in RDM with Password Hub as a data source, I will discuss your case with our engineering department.

Hi,

we are running RDM version 2022.3.35.0.
I am not sure if it is intendend, since in my opinion there is no added value by this "feature". The navigation becomes just confusing.

Hello Christoph,

I've created a bug so that we can take a look at the specific behavior with websites. On a side note, we are currently working on a "flag open sessions closed after X days" feature. This will also help with other session types getting stuck open.
