iOS Password fill - No passwords shown

Hi

I have just reinstalled my iPhone with no restore.
I have downloaded Workspace 2022.3.4.
Changed settings so only Workspace is enabled as password app.
And when pressing "Passwords" to select a password to autofill the no passwords is shown, neither when searching.

I have tried to go to app-settings\Auto-Fill and select refresh and both my accounts show green.

What can I have done wrong?

Hello,

Could you validate for me that each of these steps were taken in Workspace ?

  • Go to you device's Settings
  • Scroll to 'Password'
  • Go to 'Password Options'
  • Select Workspace
  • After that, Go to Workspace settings.
  • Scroll to 'Autofill Dashboard'
  • Tap on the top right icon Sync to sync all your entries to the autofill files
  • When it says done, you're all set

Hi, could you try to access your Spaces directly from the menu and check if you see all your entries? It looks like you tokens are expired and it can be the cause of your autofill problems.

I'm not 100% sure if this is what you want, but if I from Worspaces accesses the account, I do get 0 entries at first, but by pullimg down to refresh, the entries appear just fine.

After update to 2023.1 My primary account is not visible, and when trying to add it again, then I'm told it already exists?
So I can't add or remove the account 😆

Okay, found out that I should go under Hub Personal, click account and the I could change to my other account, so I have "found it".

But it is still not listing autofill passwords.
I tried to set IOS options back to Keychain only and then back to Workspace only again, but no change either.

Hi

Just as a test, I have:
Activated Keychain and Deactivated Workspace as autofill and disabled autofill.
Removed Workspace app
Installed Workspace app and set it back up to only my primary HUB Personal.
Went to workspace settings/Autofill and did a sync.
Went into iOS setting activated autofill, activated Workspace and deactivated Keychain. but still same issue.

I have the same Problem in Version 2023.3.0
Autofill worked Great until a few Days…

Search in the Workspace App is just fine… and all other Things works in the App

Hi, can you try to resync the entries in the Autofill dashboard?

To access the autofill dashboard:

  • Go to Workspace settings. (Bottom of main Menu)
  • Scroll to 'Autofill Dashboard'
  • Tap on the top right icon Sync to sync all your entries to the autofill files
  • When it says done, you're all set


Regarding the issue you're experiencing with the Autofill feature, could you provide more details? Are you unable to see any of your passwords when you try to log in, or is something else not working as expected? Your additional information will help us pinpoint and resolve the problem more effectively.

Hi,

already did this a couple of times. No change in the Behavior.

if i open a Website, where i have Credentials stored in the Personal Hub (same website works in edge on my computer without Problems) and i open Autofill via iOS Keyboard - Passwords - Workspace the Autofill Dashboard opens and then nothing happens. It says 0 Entrys. Search also does not work. So at the Moment Autofill is useless, since i can‘t even search for entrys

Just to give a short Update on this.
I dig a little bit and it looks like, the search on the iOS Workspace App also does not work as it should.
If a search for an entry - like PayPal - the Workspace App finds all my Entry's, including Folders.

RDM and Workspace Extension in Edge works fine.

Maybe (but not sure) this is related to that. If i open the Workspace App on iOS, first it shows 0 Entrys for my Personal Hub. After a refresh it shows all Entrys (without Relogin or anything - pull down to refresh is enough). After all Entrys are loaded, the Search works as described above and the Autofill does not work. Log off and Relogin did not fix the Issue.

If i can help anywhere further, please just let me know.

Hi, just to give you a small update on this, we were able to reproduce all of your bugs and they are all fixed. We are planning to deploy a production version, 2023.3.3 in the next few days.

That said, I just want to clarify the search bug that you have. When you search in the app, do you use the input 'Filter in X' or you click on the magnifying glass icon on the top as shown below?

I tried Filter - this gives me the Behavior descired in my previous Post.

Indeed if a use the Global Search it works - Thanks. I didn't see the magnifier - sorry for that.
