I have a singular user who is having an issue when entering his 2FA code from Authenticator into his default browser, which is chrome. He is the only impacted user, and multiple users use chrome. If we clear browser settings, particularly this field:
"Site Settings"
It will start working once. But after the data populates, the next time he authenticates it will fail again.
As this is a singular user, if we need to set up a support session let me know. I would prefer we get it working for the user instead of forcing him to another browser. Edge seems to work fine, but I haven't tried multiple times.

What type of data source are you using, as well as which version of RDM? We will try to replicate the issue on our end.

Could you try to clear the local storage in Chrome for the Devolutions Server site: https://kb.devolutions.net/kb_clear_chrome_local_storage.html
The issue seems to be localized to Chrome on his machine, since it is working in Edge. If the above does not help, can you write to service@devolutions.net, we can arrange a session.
