IT Glue - API key issues

Hi all,

The link between our IT glue documentation platform and RDM is broken since the upgrade to 2022.3.33.0 64-bit.
Downgrading to the 2022.3.32 version also doesn't help.

The error is that the API vault isn't reachable, I didn't see any changes in the release note about this entry.

Has this happend to anyone else?

Two other customers also reported this issue, we are currently investigating the issue, we will report back our findings.

Hello Yenthe,

Could you verify if you still have the problem? We just heard back it is working for another user. It seems ITGlue had issues with their API.
