We've added the Manage Broadcast feature to the shortcut list. It will be located under the Actions section of the Keyboard shortcuts. These changes can be expected next version.

This is now also available in RDM Mac (2023.1.5.0). This can be configured from the Settings -> User Interface -> Shortcuts -> Shortcuts panel:
