We are a service provider with a Service Desk, so our technicians have to remote support our customers daily. They are often connected to more than one customer side...
Can you invent that it`s possible to manually select the Jumphost before each connection
establishment? (Our technicians would like to use multiply jumphost connections at once.
Currently they use multiple VMs to switch between). We would like to use 1-3
jumphosts per technician. They should be able to select the jumphosts by
themselves easily.

Just to clarify your request, could you describe what kind of jump host you're talking about? Is this for RDP (through RDM Jump), SSH, etc? Maybe a screenshot would help, I just want to make sure I properly understand your request.

yes, we use RDP to connect to the Jumphosts in our DMZ. (https://help.remotedesktopmanager.com/overview_whatisrdmjump.html)
It would be helpful to choose the RDM Jump manually right before a connection establishment. 
For example: Maybe this RDM Jump window could be displayed every time before the connection to the customer client will be established. So the techinican can always use his assigned jumphosts.
