Logging off multiple machines shows same prompt over and over
If I highlight more than one machine in the Navigation Pane, right click, and click "log off", I see a popup stating '"do you really want to logoff"' for each machine. I have to click yes over and over. How can I click yes just once?

I'm wondering which version of RDM are you using?
If you go under "File" -> "Options" -> "Advanced" you can enable the option "Disable log off confirmation message" I'm wondering if this resolves your issue in this case.
