Hi,
After every log off from a remote server i got this message:
How to solve it?
Hello,
What version of RDM are you running?
Are you logoff from a RDP session? If not, what type of session are you closing?
Best regards,
Jeff Dagenais
I just updated to the latest version, unfortunately the problem still occurs.
I am using an RDP session.
I use the Log Off function to log out, but the same problem occurs when logging out manually.
FWIW, its not just you. I've been seeing this for a couple of (weeks?) I thought it was just our firewall or content filtering, but it doesn't seem to be when I checked.
Hello,
@kstruik, are you also using RDM 2022.2.x?
@p06, you are not running the latest version, the latest is 2022.3.27: https://devolutions.net/remote-desktop-manager/home/thankyou/rdmsetup
If you need to stay in the 2022.2 release, can you try to upgrade to 2022.2.29 https://cdn.devolutions.net/download/Setup.RemoteDesktopManager.2022.2.29.0.exe instead?
Best regards,
Richard Boisvert
@Richard Boisvert Yes, I am Actually. 2022.2.20.0 When I check for updates, it does show 2022.3.24.0 as an option. I'll try that.
Welp, I ran a 2nd update and got all the way to 3.27.0 And that fixed it.
I'm embarrsed I didn't check that. I assumed that auto updated took car of it. You know what happens when you assume, right?
Thanks for the help!
I am now on version 2022.3.27 and the problem no longer occurs.
Thank you
