VPN settings on RDP session

• Which version of RDM are you using?
• Which type of data source are you using?

The picture was from 2022.3.26
the type is session (se picture)

But Now I have just updated to 2022.3.27 and the pane now looks like this


before I could change type and then enter settings, but now it's all grayed out, so tried to switch to sonic wall and this the result:

I'm not able to enter any data

Could you post a picture of the VPN/SSH/Gateway tab? I suspect that the VPN is Not enabled:

For the Sonic example you are where right about the being enabled, but the session that this case orginated from it looks like this:

And now (after update to lates version) I can't use it at all either it's blank or it's stuck on the last other VPN option, here I tried FortiClient and swtiched it back to session.

It seems that the Connect mode get reset when the Type changed and I think that it gives some undesired side effects. We will investigate.

We have made a change to this behavior. The change should be available starting from RDM 2022.3.28.0.

This sounds great, does this include the blank tab, when opening the preferences for an exsisting connection and not only on changing types?

Any guess to when the new version could be expected to be released?

For now this is only a fix for the changing mode. I have not been able to reproduce the "blank" issue but I did reproduce the problem where it is stuck on the last VPN when going to the "Session" mode specifically.

This is currently being investigated and we will keep you updated on the progress.

If it helps with the reproduction of the error, the VPN setting was added before the "death" of the free client.

We've managed to reproduce and made a fix for both issues. They should also be available in the .28.

We do not have an exact release date for this version but it should not take too long. Most likely a few days.

I've installed the update and it now reads the VPN settings for session and it does not hang when shifting back and forth between settings
