Remote desktop manager - ZohoVault SSO

Hi,

We would like to integrate Zohovault into the RDM but we encounter authentication problems
For the Zohovault connection we use the SSO O365, I do not see a parameter allowing to use Microsoft authentication, is it possible?

At the moment it's not supported. We will investigate to see what we can do to support it. We will let you know as soon as we have an update on the matter.

Good day,

We are trying to configure our Zoho Vault (corporate SSO) in Remote Desktop Manager (version: 2023.3.31.0 64-bit)

Seems that corporate SSO is still not available.

Is there any way to use Zoho Vault (corporate SSO) in current version? If not, it’s planned to support it in the future? What is the estimated date for it?

This is not supported currently. Our ticket is still opened, but we don't have an estimate on it. We're noting your interest in adding SSO support for the Zoho Vault credential entry.
