Make checkboxes and textfields usefull in secure notes

Good day to you all,
One of my colleagues had the idea to use a Safe Note for quality assurance and created a checklist in there. Creating it was no problem, as you can see in the screenshot. However, the values are not saved, of course. Do you think it would be possible to make something like this feasible/usable, or perhaps provide a completely new entry for it?

Hello,
Do you think a new document type could be better instead based on a template? I think it would be a better choice for the application performance since it will not be in the tree view.
