RDM Free edition - Not receiving serial number after registration
Hi,
I have registered the RDM Free edition, but I do not get a serial number. When I click on Serials in the portal, there is nothing. What am I doing wrong?

Hello,
In the latest version of RDM Free, entering a free serial to register the product is no longer necessary. Would it be possible for you to update to this version and see if everything works for you without entering a serial?
