whoa!! all favicons gone in 2022.3.21.0 64-bit

I believe I was able to replicate your issue but I will need to do further testing.

In the meantime, a new feature was introduced in 2022.3.16 to batch assign favicons. Can you select all your website entries, do a right click, Edit > Edit (Special Action)... > Web - Assign Favicon. It should re-assign the favicon for all your website entries.

You can use the Advance search selection tip from https://help.remotedesktopmanager.com/commands_batchedit.html to easily select all your websites at the same time.

ok, and this seems to be a display issue in the navigation pane. when I View|Search|Advanced for connection type website the search results show the favicons

oh sh..t - I rebuilt the favicons according to your instructions, which deletes the autologin settings (HTML ID..). Fortunately I did this only on one folder. this is some kind of breaking that really should not happen. :(

worse! it deleted the username/passwords as well. jesus.. restoring backup..

I am sorry to see that you have encountered this issue. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reproduce this issue using my own instance of RDM 2022.3.21.0. It also works well on a brand-new portable installation of RDM.

Since you initially mentioned that it worked, could you please confirm if the change was made correctly on some entries, or does this issue affect any entries on which you have used this new feature?

I'm with the QA departement and your issue has raised my interest. I've tried to find in old post which datasource you're using to avoid asking but I've only found that you were using DODB and DOD a while back.

And the credentials have been lost on all (5) entries I refreshed the favicons for.
