Please Bring Back the Blue Ribbon - White is so boring, Dark is to Dark

I just upgraded my Remote Desktop Manager and thought something was wrong, I lost my Blue Ribbon menu. Please make the Blue Ribbon an option in the View, maybe Light (Defualt), Light, Dark and Light with Blue Ribbon?

instead of making a new post i will add this here but can i just say i have a heavy dislike for the new theme i don't understand why the whole theme needed to be made flat and white it was perfect before
