Hi
We recently had a server crash, where our DVLS died, so until we got the backup restored, we has to use offline cache, which overall was good.
The major issue we had was that Documentation wasn't kept offline.
I have a feeling I have seen some setting regarding this but can not find it, so Is it possible to get Documents offine cached? and if yes how?

Hello,
The offline document feature is a very popular feature request recently.
It was scheduled and built to be released with v2022.3 but had to be disabled due to an offline file performance issue at the last minute.
Once the performance issue is resolved we will enable the feature. Our goal is to include it in a minor release of v2022.3.x and not wait for the next major v2023.1 but until then, unfortunately, we cannot provide you an ETA.
Best regards,

Hello,
I read again your post after posting mine and I would like to know if you are referring to the Documentation tab or documents that you would need in offline mode?
Best regards,
Jeff Dagenais
Hi
Should have been Offline instead of Office in topic.
I’m referring to the documents tab. 😊
