My Account Settings, Settings vs. adding the Secret Server Account directly to the Vault entry?

I just found out, that I can enter my Secret Server credentials at "My Account Settings", "Settings". Until now I had them stored directly with the Vault Entry I created.
Can someone explain what is the difference? In the KB I was not able fo find anything about that possibility.
Another question - is it somehow possible to have a remote session with someone from Devolutions to get some kind of a hands-on training/review about the setup we use and what we could do better or even don´t know? The problem is that the software is so powerful, that you never know everything and an external "audit" would be great...

Regarding your first question, you can configure the credentials for "My Account Settings" under File > My Account Settings. In the case of Secret Server, you will then want to pick the "Secret Server" option under the section "Privileged Access Management". This will allow you to configure the settings that will be used when "My Account Settings" is selected in a Secret Server entry's properties.
The "My Account Settings" is user-specific, so "My Account Settings" can be used in cases when each user needs to use their own credentials in a shared entry.
Regarding your second question, training time may need to be purchased before going ahead with the remote session. I invite you to contact our sales team by email for more information on the pricing for training session time.
