Password templates gone after update
Hello,
just to inform you: all our password templates were gone after an update from v2022.1 to v2022.3.
I had to recreate them all from scratch and re-set the default password template.
Hopefully there is not more missing...

We are currently investigating, with another user, an issue where they've lost all settings save in the DataSourceSettings. This includes System Settings, System Permissions, Password Templates and more.
You can validate/verify if you've lost more than your Templates using the View History (Administration > System Settings > View History). Select the last two lines and press the compare button to see what has changed and go back in time to figure out what might have been lost.
The next version of RDM (v2022.3.19), we've added buttons Previous/Next in the compare form for easy navigation and a Revert button in the History view. This will allow you to recover any lost settings.
As for why this is happening, we are still investigating. We don't suspect the upgrade at this time for the simple reason is that the other user has reported this issue with v2022.2.

We'll, you're right. Custom system settings and permissions are gone too. Thankfully it wasn't too much to reconfigure.
